Justin is currently in the Foshan Nanhai Social Welfare Institute. (see picture below)

Description:
At 3 months old - he was very good at acting in a pettishly charming manner. Sometimes he would cover his face with his hands as if he were very shy. At 4 months he was very fond of sleeping.
We will leave to get Justin on Jan 30th... Lets hope the next few weeks fly by...
